• Professional contact information — such as name, business email address, job title, and company details — that we obtain from third-party business data providers and publicly available sources when we conduct outreach about our services

Business Outreach & Commercial Email

Found Profits AI conducts business-to-business outreach to promote our services. As part of this, we obtain professional contact information — such as names, business email addresses, job titles, and company details — from third-party data providers and publicly available business sources, and we use it to send commercial email to business owners and decision-makers we believe may benefit from what we offer.

Every commercial email we send includes a clear and easy way to opt out. If you unsubscribe or ask us to stop, we honor that request promptly and suppress your information from future outreach. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act — including identifying our messages appropriately, using accurate sender and subject-line information, and including a valid physical mailing address in every commercial message.

If you would like your information removed from our outreach at any time, email hello@foundprofits.ai and we will remove it.

AI Interactions & Call Recording

Your AI Business Assessment interview is conducted by Scout, an automated AI voice agent — not a live human representative. At the start of the call, you are informed that you are speaking with an AI system and that the call is being recorded.

We record and transcribe assessment calls solely to generate your Profit Report and to improve the quality of our services. By continuing with the assessment interview after this disclosure, you consent to being recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may end the call at any time and contact us at hello@foundprofits.ai.

The reports and recommendations we provide are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence based on the information you share. They are projections and suggestions, not guarantees of any specific outcome.

How We Share Your Information

We share your information only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy and data-protection commitments:
